Nights run roughly twice a month, mostly midweek when the counter is quiet enough to give the room over to something. Booking is a phone call — nothing is ticketed and nobody is turned away at the door if there is a seat going.

Big Board Quiz Night
Six rounds, teams of four, answers chalked on the same boards we write the specials on. Winning table takes a family box home; last place buys the fries.
Saturday Morning Kids' Counter
Little chefs get an apron, a tray and a burger of their own to build — cheese in entirely the wrong place is encouraged. Parents get a coffee and a seat by the window.
Late Counter: DJ Till Two
Decks set up at the end of the counter, the full menu running the whole way through, and the fryer on until the last person leaves. Over-18s after ten.
Sprinkles & Shakes Morning
Four warm donuts each, every icing and topping tub we own out on the counter, and a thick shake to carry home. Twenty places, and they go the week before.
Grill For Good Day
One short menu with no prices on it — pay whatever you thought it was worth, and every dirham the day takes goes to the food bank two streets over.
First Look Friday: The New Sub
Three versions of a sub we have been arguing about in the kitchen for a month. Taste all three, vote for the one that makes the board, then eat the losers anyway.
