First time at Double Stack? Nobody will hand you a menu and walk off — here's what actually happens when you turn up.
Parking
Free kerbside bays directly outside — pull up, grab it and go, no ticket needed. On a busy Friday night, circle the block once and a space clears.
Delivery & takeaway
Order at the counter to take away, or call ahead and it'll be boxed and waiting when you arrive. We deliver within a short ride of Dubai — ring the counter to check your address is covered.
Getting in and around
Step-free entrance straight off the pavement, a counter at a comfortable height to order from, and seating near the door for anyone who'd rather not queue at the back.

Large groups & catering
Office lunches, birthday parties, a football team after the match — we build party trays and family boxes to order, priced by the head rather than the plate. Give us 48 hours' notice for anything over fifteen people and we'll have it ready to collect or dropped off, boxed and still hot.

Do you take card payments?
Cash, card and contactless, plus the usual phone wallets. No minimum spend on card.
Can you cater for allergies?
Ask whoever's on the till — every dish has a printed allergen list behind the counter, and the grill can run a dish without a given ingredient on request.
Do I need to book a table?
No booking for walk-ins — it's counter service, so you order, pay and find a seat. For anything over ten people, see large groups & catering above.
Is there anywhere to sit in?
A handful of tables near the counter for eating in — first come, first served, same as the queue.
