One flat top, a short menu and a queue that has never really gone away.
Cravings has been one counter in Dubai since 2019. Nothing about it has been made bigger since.
It started with a single griddle and a hand-written board, because there was never a quiet enough afternoon to get one printed properly.
The menu has stayed short on purpose. A counter this size only keeps moving on a Friday night if every order is something the kitchen can build without thinking about it.
Everything still goes out the way it did on the first night: pressed thin, stacked hot, wrapped the second it comes off.
