Civil & infrastructure · Dubai since 2004
Earthworks, deep utilities, marine and structural civils for developers and authorities across the Emirates.
Our practice
Civil work is judged years after the ribbon is cut.
So we build for the survey, not for the photograph —
levels recorded, volumes reconciled, ground left honest.
The yard was founded in 2004 by three engineers who were tired of watching bulk digs settle into claims. Two decades on, we still self-perform every trade we sell, and we still walk every site before we price it.
Capability
Nothing on this list is sublet to a crew we met at tender. The people who price it are the people who build it.
01 / 05
Bulk excavation to 18 metres with GPS machine control, dewatering, shoring and a volume reconciliation issued every week.
Storm, foul and irrigation networks laid through live roads, with trenchless crossings where a diversion would close a lane.
Quay walls, revetments and rotary bored piles to 1500 mm, tested for integrity before a single cap is poured.
Substructures, basements and industrial slabs finished to tolerance, with our own steel fixers and formwork crews.
Demolition, crushing and site clearance sequenced so the main contractor inherits a level, permitted, ready platform.

Method
The same four phases on a 30-million dirham dig and on a two-week enabling package.
Before a rate is offered, an engineer stands on the plot with the soil report and the survey. Assumptions get written down where you can see them.
Ground water, obstructions, access hours and disposal routes are priced as named items, not buried in a preliminaries line.
Every layer is set out and recorded. Volumes are reconciled weekly, so quantities are agreed while the machines are still on site.
As-builts, test certificates and permits issued on the day of handover, with a named engineer on call through the defects period.
Assurance
Our record is the reason procurement teams shortlist us, and the reason our operators stay for a decade.
“They priced the ground water instead of hoping about it. Twenty-six months later there was nothing left to argue over.”
Enquiries
A drawing set is welcome but not required. An engineer will call within two working days, and we will walk the plot before quoting.
